Team

"I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world."
We agree with Mr Einstein. Which is why you’ll spot among our team members a wannabe Tendulkar, a bibliophile, a musician, a doting father…
all nurturing their own pipe dreams, all bound by the common cause – communication and technology.

Some of the team members you’re likely to meet are:

Kranti M
Co-founder and consultant – web strategy

Kranti, our technology alchemist, turns clients’ challenges into elegant online solutions. Inspired by the heady mix of technology and communication, he gave his career a headstart by plunging into work at an advertising agency while still at college. From leading technology teams at enterprises to wrapping up 400 projects at his technology start-up, he has been on both sides of the table, getting a nuanced view of designing communication solutions. Kranti’s passion for the online space is only rivaled by his love for the Djembe; he enjoys perfecting a steady beat as much as he does demolishing online myths.

Sandeep Nanu
Co-founder and consultant – online communication

Branding enthusiast, creative lead, Apple fan – meet Sandeep, our online communication consultant. Sandeep brings with him more than ten years of experience in guiding companies – Wipro, i-flex solutions, Wockhardt Hospitals, Tektronix, TYCO Electronics, Airtel, Metro Cash & Carry, and iGate, among others – with their communication requirements. His experience of setting up and managing a creative agency gives him the insights needed to assess client requirements accurately and tailor the right solutions. When he is not juggling all the creative requirements for clients at Lucid Sense, you’re likely to spot him on the cricket field. Chances are, he’ll be vexing the opposition with his master-strokes with the willow.

Vidya BR
Content specialist and creative head – writeclick

With more than seven years in managing communication requirements for leading brands, Vidya heads the creative team at writeclick (a Lucid Sense brand). She guides all our content initiatives from concept to completion, drawing from her experience across multiple content formats. Wannabe travel writer and story-teller in the making, Vidya is happiest when she’s between the pages of a book. Get her to put aside the book and hit the keypad and you’ll hear a mild grumble. It is soon forgotten in the wake of more pressing matters: capitalisation and punctuation.

Chinmay Dholakia
Consultant – online advertising and visual communication

From moulding e-waste into 3-D models to capturing the mundane in a splash of colour, Chinmay translates narratives into compelling visual experiences. A Fine Arts graduate from M.S. University, Baroda, he has architected rich visual stories for leading advertising agencies over the last 12 years. An independent consultant, he now uses his skills to let design communicate for his clients – Madura Garments, Microsoft, Mindtree, Sasken, Siemens, Texas Instruments, Wipro, Sun Microsystems, Unitech Builders, and so on. Chinmay firmly believes that a picture speaks a thousand words, specially if it’s of friends or family, taken from his camera.

Prashant Misra
Consultant – E-business operations and quality processes

Prashant Misra has been spearheading Lucid Sense’s business operations,  after consulting with various clients in the US and Europe for ADDR Technologies and Accenture India, for close to a decade. He brings with him expertise in project management strategies and global strategy practice formulation for operational excellence, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery. Prashant has helped many firms find solutions to their business development, business model transformation, and operational issues. His experience includes extensive work in consumer software technology, online consumer services, and Internet media markets. A Masters in International Marketing from IIFT, New Delhi, Prashant is a sports fanatic, and still feels he could have been the fastest bowler that India ever produced.

Sharath Raghavan
Consultant – web infrastructure

Ask Sharath to sort out your IT infrastructure problems and chances are you’ll end up getting educated about open source software. A firm supporter of the FOSS (Free and Open Source Software) movement, Sharath heads Tryst Networks, a Bangalore-based provider of Outsourced IT Infrastructure services. From creating robust infrastructure to architecting a four-computer LAN to securely share files, it’s all in a day’s work for this high-energy techie. When he isn’t busy fixing your network cables, he’s likely to be yielding to the tantrums of his adorable toddlers.
